Has my upgrade been applied?

If you placed an order for an upgrade at least 2 weeks in advance of your booking dispatch date; and used your booking ID and registered email.

You will have receipted a receipt and this will be applied to your account as the booking moves towards dispatch.

As long as you use the correct details on your order any upgrades will be added to your order.

These will also be shown on the update emails you receive as the booking is prepared in our warehouse.
