How do I make a complaint?

If you wish to make a complaint about any element of our service you should in the first instance email [email protected]

Please include the full details of your complaint so that we are able to investigate and respond in a timely manner

Any complaint can only be raised by the named and contracted hirer and must be from the registered email address on the account

Our complaint policy is available on request. All complaints are reviewed and responded to within 28 working days.
