What day will you deliver / collect?

As deliveries and collections are managed by courier companies, they will only deliver
Tuesday-Friday; and collect Monday-Friday, on any day that is not a bank or public holiday.
The delivery and collection window is 8am-8pm
Deliveries must be checked within 60 minutes of delivery.
A return form must be completed on returning equipment.
Your booking confirmation will state your planned delivery date.
We aim to deliver the working day before your event and collect the working day after the event (ie: Event Friday, deliver Thursday, collect Monday).
Where possible delivery will take place one working day before your event date; and collection one working day after your event date, however, we reserve the right to change planned dates by 1 day +/- due to courier schedules, delays or other reasons outside of our control
